Zoom explores migration to Merthyr through film

Zoom Cymru, the charitable enterprise which works across Wales providing film and digital media opportunities for young people, has secured funding from the Heritage Lottery Fund (HLF) for an exciting project, Merthyr Migration, which explores themes around why migrant communities came to Methyr Tydfil and how they have influenced the local environment.

Orion: The Man Who Would Be King in Welsh cinemas from September

ORION: The Man Who Would Be King (12A), the latest feature documentary from award-winning director Jeanie Finlay (Glimmer Films) is released into Welsh cinemas from Friday 25 September and has received distribution support to enhance this theatrical release from Ffilm Cymru Wales.
