Terror at the Tramshed

Abertoir Film Festival will once again descend upon Cardiff to celebrate Halloween.

This year Abertoir are teaming up with Fractured Visions to present a line-up of blood curdling films that's sure to delight horror fans both new and old.

They've chosen five lacerating movies that celebrate both the new guard and old, with the likes of Panos Cosmatos' gonzo masterpiece Mandy making it's Welsh Premiere, along with Johnny Kevorkian's frightening Brit-chiller Await Further Instructions and Jon Knautz' brutal psycho-thriller The Cleaning Lady both making their Welsh debuts.

The Terror at Tramshed Halloween special will start at midday on 28th October at Tramshed Cinema, and tickets are available here.

The main Abertoir festival, funded by Ffilm Cymru Wales, will kick off in Aberystwyth on 13th November celebrating a slasher theme. Six days of features, shorts, talks and live performances will start with 80s cult classic Sleepaway Camp, and special guest Sean S Cunningham will be in attendance to discuss the creation of his seminal slasher Friday the 13th.
